So this is going to be my angle

I really didn’t know what I was going to do with my degree. I figured i’d study something that interested me. Anthropology seemed awesome. I had been watching “Good Eats” on food network for a few years while I was in the service, so my interest in food culture was nurtured from there. While I was in the military i was physical training monitor and part time personal trainer. I blogged my workouts for the word to see on bodybuilding.com for almost 5 years. It wasn’t till I met my current girlfriend, that made me want to become a cook and a fitness trainer. Gluten Free meals seem to be a challenging segment of the population so I want to focus on this area because my mother suffers from gluten intolerance.
